Takara Tomy have been busy today announcements for the Transformers Age of Extinction, 30th Anniversary, and now the official site page for the MasterPiece Star Saber figure. The page posted announces the beginning of development of this fan chosen action figure. They have posted the design sketch images of the robot and alternate modes we have seen in the trade magazines with a promise of more updates as they progress. Project 1: Generation 1 Optimus Prime that will be a new mold.
Project 2: Transformers Movie Advanced Line at Toys R Us Japan stores on May 16th.
Project 3: Transformers Expo convention exclusive AOE Slug figure and displays.
Project 4: Super GT Optimus Prime that will be on the Mach Team series.

What is most interesting in the reveal of a number of figure molds from previous movies Transformers (2007), Hunt For The Decepticons , Revenge Of The Fallen and Dark Of The Moon. As expected, these figures look to have more details and apps, but this is not confirmed. In the first of what's likely to be many such recolors, the Generations Series Deluxe Slug from Transformers 4 will be made available in G1-based coloring when pre-purchasing tickets to the TF Expo event from Lawson stores in Japan. Listed at a price of 6000 Yen, and said to not be available for separate purchase at TF Expo itself, this may be difficult for fans outside Japan to get hold of. Currently we only have low-res promo images, but it'll give you an idea of how the colors fit the mold.
Following on our previous report. Game news site 2P have posted a confirms the new mobile game titled "Transformers Rising." The same people who brought us by DeNA who did the Transformers Legends mobile game. According to 2P, the game will feature traditional PVE and PVP modes, as well as new 'Scramble for Skill' and 'World Boss' modes. The game shows G1 characters with Chinese symbols for game play. The British Board of Film have posting a new film trailer classification for a "Transformers: Age of Extinction" movie trailer. This one is longer than the previous versions at 2 minutes and 25 seconds indicating this could be our first full trailer with extended footage. Read on to see the full details of the trailer that has been rated 12A, the UKs equivalent of PG-13.
Thanks to Auto site TFLCar who have posted some images of Transformers Age of Extinction vehicles at The New York Auto Show. The images offer a few cars from the new movie with different Bumblebee models shown as well as Crosshairs and the red Sonic RS vehicles. These cars will be driving across your screens on June 27th at theaters near you.
