NASCAR Trio in Transformers 3 Are Not the Rallybots

Keep on guessing folks! We have seen the Transformers 3 NASCAR trio throughout the filming in Chicago for the final installment of the live action series, and fans have speculated who they are.

Stunticons? No.

Omnicons? No.

Rallybots!? "No," Nelson simply writes on the Shoot For the Edit forums.

He wrote this simple one word response in a thread on the official boards of Director Michael Bay that the trio were named the Rallybots.

Guess we will know the name of them eventually.


This vehicle is just one of the three NASCAR-themed, heavily-loaded, vehicles seen in Chicago during Transformers 3 filming

Yessssss! I was right!!! So I wonder if one is Springer, I hope so, and I hope they do him justice cause he was 1 of my all time favorite characters!!

i'll say ironhide. unless he's already dead at this point. if arcee can be three components.. why wouldn't a weapons specialist divide into three components and stock up on weaponry. i'm only half serious. i don't understand what the difference is between telling us now.. or... read more

I'm betting they're the twins with upgrades after... a chathastrofical match w. a giant con... remember the very first images leaked abput the film, they were the twins with a black coat at their sides... whatever, we'll see... there's too much information about this these days.

ok, I'm thinking Wreckers or Dinobots. In a couple shots you can see the hood of one of the cars is partially split like it's half-transformed. And the Wreckers are the most obvious choice, but alot of people associated with the movie have said they know alot of people want the Dinobots, but... read more

Throttlebots, Junkions, Wreckers, possibly triple changers of some kind, just vigilante human cars created to fight the Transformers maybe.
